This photo inaugurates my ‘Marsannay’ series; it was shot this weekend while I was visiting family and friends. Marsannay is a little town in Burgundy. It is bordered with vineyards that, at this time of year, offer this kind of bare view.

I like this as a landscape even without the vines. I think it makes for a nice contrast with the hills and sky.

nice work on the lines and patterns created by the vineyard - I like the composition on this shot a lot.
