Someone spilled paint on the building! 
Seriously though, wow! I don’t know what to make of this photo except… wow! It almost looks like it’s a scale model that has been garishly repainted as a prank. Or like some eerie otherworldly creation. That is very cool, congrats on being able to photograph this!
