I’m not sure which one I prefer, they’re both quite similar. I like that in the second one the paintings on the wall aren’t cropped off. I imagine art aficionados may be able to identify these pieces and place the scene. The expressions of the two Asian women, and the battery of cameras, really makes these photos interesting.

Les tableaux dans la salle ressemblent un peu à ceux de la peinture italienne du XVI et XVII alors, à tout hasard, je dirai qu’il regardent tous la Joconde, mais je reconnais que c’est un peu facile comme réponse

If it’s the Louvre they’ve got to be looking at the Mona Lisa. I prefer the top one.

Love this shot. Like another photoblogger said, the best shots are often when you just turn around. Also like the one that shows the painting and everyone snapping at it.

Your photo captured the spirit of the crowd pretty well. I think I prefer the first image because it looks more warm which is more flattering on people.
