Early Morning
My entry for Photo Friday ‘Rare’ challenge
Last weekend I woke up early on both Saturday and Sunday to catch the morning light. There was a beautiful, cloudless sky with saturated blue tones I couldn’t resist shooting. I’ll post some of the resulting images in the coming days.
For this photo I used a polarizer filter and adjusted levels in Camera Raw; other than that no post-processing, and the sky really was that deep and warm.

and now I am very tired.
The blue sky is very good. It is a long time ago since I have seen such a blue skyAnd I am very impressed because you are still not posting b&w shots. I mostly look at my shots and realise that I prefer them in b&w!

Nice one Andreas - simple but effective composition - love the saturation in the sky and the warm light on the grass. The poppy adds something to the image too. Well caught
