Live 8 concert, Versailles — July 2nd, 2005
After more than a month with color images only, it’s time for some black & white. This image was shot Saturday night at the Live 8 concert in Versailles. There was a good atmosphere but the twenty-or-so minutes between each artist performance left a feeling of bad planning.
Anyone who went at the London/Berlin/Tokyo/… concert caring to share his/her experience?

I actually ran away from it. Hyde Park hit about 250,000 people, so probably not the best place to be when you dont have a ticket.
This is a cool shot - I like the atmosphere you have caught, and also the stare of the person on the left of the image, who was looking right at you. Great documentry shot

Great feeling of energy on this shot. If you look at the left of the photo there’s a girl looking straight at your camera. Gives a bit of intrigue into why she happened to look over.
