Rocher Percé
On continue avec les photos du Québec. En retravaillant cette image, j’ai eu du mal à éclairer les herbes en bas à gauche sans rendre l’ensemble trop irréaliste. Cette scène aurait peut-être été un bon candidat pour un rendu HDR.

Well done with this, composition is sound, I also think the grass works as is due to it being an overcast day. HDR rendering huh, do you do 3D rendering too?

sAm: I did once toy with 3d rendering but the results were far from something you could call convincing…
In these cases I use a “curves” layer with a diagonal gradient on the layer mask. This way I can control how much to change the lightness and contrast selectively on the area that need it, and desaturate the colors if they look too weird.
