This photo was shot at 28mm as an attempt to mimic the Canon EF 28mm USM prime lens, which would be equivalent to a 45mm lens with the 350D’s 1.6 crop factor. It has a 1.8 maximum aperture and would be complementing my 50mm 1.8 prime lens which is great though a bit long indoors. The drawback is that the 28mm is expensive, much more than the Canon 35mm prime which seems interesting too but lacks USM focusing. Any opinion welcome.
